The information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by, opting out which could be found at the bottom of the newsletter.
BLAC may provide you with links and references to other sites, but we are not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content.
This site is controlled and operated by BLAC designs. BLAC designs reserve the right to make changes to the information on this site and the services described therein, at any time without notice.

Shopping online at BLAC is easy. Customers are not required to register an account with us, select the items that you wish to purchase, all of the items will be automatically put into your shopping bag. Once you are ready to check out select the country that you would wish to ship to. If you have a coupon code or you are a Club BLAC member you can fill it in the coupon code bar, then proceed to check out.
For payment a PayPal account is required, if you an existing member at PayPal fill in email and password to pay, if not proceed to create a PayPal account by filling the membership form.
All merchandise sold on BLAC is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Discover® and PayPal® are available for purchases made in USD $. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.
The price displayed for some items may change at the payment page based on the shipping destination.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - We offer the convenience of calculating import tax/duty to many shipping destinations worldwide. Depending on the country of import, the option of paying import tax/duty will be displayed on the payment page when finalizing your purchase. By choosing this option, you will receive your order without incurring any additional clearance fees at the time of delivery.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) - The delivery recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/Import tax at the time of delivery, which is based on the full purchase price paid for the order (as reflected on the commercial invoice). This applies to shipping addresses outside the US where these fees cannot be predetermined. BLAC is not responsible for any fees associated with orders shipped outside the US charged by customs for DDU deliveries.
Our shipping partners at DHL® will contact you when your order arrives to arrange for the payment of the import fees to clear your item(s) for delivery. Please contact the local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax / duty fees levied by the
country of import.
Please note the shipping fee of your order does not include any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of import.
Below is a summary of countries where we can only deliver DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):

If you refuse any shipments from BLAC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to BLAC. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax / duty for import to delivery destinations.

Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is placed. In addition, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept returns (excluding final sale items) which are not worn, washed or damaged, and with all tags attached. Item(s) returned without an RA and without the completed return/exchange claim form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
How to Complete Your Return or Exchange
1. Email within 15 days for an RA number and an exchange form.
2. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date.
3. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Enclose this form with your return(s) and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
4. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be asked to be settled by you before shipment.
5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

If you have received an item from BLAC as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy).
